Your business is valued and we work hard to make each visit with us a positive one.  We ask that you kindly respect our policy. 

 

 

Scheduling

  • Please contact Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness at 970.531.6664 or https://www.fresha.com/book-now/grand-pearl-aesthetics-wellness-ydz7dhme/all-offer?pId=529120 to schedule an appointment.  No walk-ins at this time. 

  • When scheduling an appointment a credit card is required to hold your spot.  Payment will be charged at the end of your service.

  • Please note, it's your responsibility to remember the date/time of your appointment in order to prevent missed appointments resulting in a cancellation or no-show fee depending on the circumstances.

 

Cancellation

  • Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness has a 24-hour cancellation policy prior to your scheduled appointment.  Cancellations can be done online through Fresha's booking system or by contacting us at 970.531.6664.

  • Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to charge 50% of the total cost of service(s) for cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  We will do our very best to accommodate the same service for a different time that day in the event you do not meet the 24-hour cancellation window.  However, there is no guarantee that will be possible.

 

No-Show

  • No-show or missed appointments without a 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged 100% of full service amount.  Appointments are in high demand and Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness may utilize independent licensed professionals to fulfill services and/or groups.  Therefore, we ask that you respect their valuable time and another client's access to scheduling an appointment.

 

Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals of 15-minutes or greater may result in a shortened session or a missed appointment at the discretion of Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness.  Please note, you will be responsible for payment of the full service.  So, please plan accordingly and contact us at 970.531.6664 in the event you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Products

  • All sales are final. 

  • Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness does not accept refunds on skincare products.  However, if a product is returned one week from the date of purchase, a 30% credit based on full retail price may be applied toward a service.

Services

  • Services provided are non-refundable. 

  • To ensure the best possible experience, your therapist/skin care specialist will conduct a health history review prior to your service to discuss your needs and determine if there are any contraindications.  A consent/waiver form will be provided prior to your session.  If your therapist/skin care specialist believes it's unsafe to render your service, he/she may recommend an alternative or modify your session.   

  • Delivering a positive experience is important to us, so please share any special requests, sensitivities, allergies, medications, or if you have any medical conditions that might be contraindicated to receiving your service.  If you are unsure whether you should receive a service, please consult with your physician prior to making an appointment.

  • In the interest of safety, Grand Pearl Aesthetics & Wellness along with independent licensed professionals reserves the right to refuse a service at any time.   

 

Resurfacing Peels and Microneedling Packages

  • Packages are valid for 6-months from date of purchase unless otherwise indicated.

  • You may not combine any other discounts or promotions to package plans. 

  • Package plans are paid in full at the time of purchase.  Should you discontinue the series of treatments in the midst of your package plan, you will be responsible for any services received at full menu pricing.  Any remaining balance is non refundable, however, it may be used toward other services or products.

  • Package plans are customized to individual clients and are non-transferable.  We highly recommend a monthly service with your chosen plan as to deliver best results.  It is the client's responsibility to schedule their monthly service to ensure availability.  The same cancellation/no-show/late policy applies to package plans.  Any questions please contact us at info@grandpearlwellness.com

 

Age Requirements

  • Must be 12-years of age or older.  Minors must be accompanied by legal guardian.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have legal guardian sign consent form.
