MASSAGE

All massage sessions are based on a combined approach of integrative therapeutic massage techniques to support your individual body needs.  The idea is that no one massage is right for every person.  Therefore, a variety of modalities may be utilized during your treatment to produce optimal results.  Modalities may include, but are not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and Application of Heat.
